OUR STORY

Miller Libertine design sensory food experiences that create deep connections between people, brands and communities. When food tells a story it stirs emotions, starts conversations, creates memories. We’re using the power of these connections as a force for change.

Working with natural ingredients and using consistent techniques, we intensify taste until it is the essence of what your brand is about. For a choice of experiences people will remember, talk about and come back for.

If your aim is to give people a sense of inclusion, belonging and achievement, no matter your industry, discipline or background, get in touch. We’d love to hear from you. From award-winning products to bespoke events, discover how food can be a force for change.

HOW WE STARTED

Today she is a critically acclaimed, award-winning culinary creator with a team of collaborators behind her. But founder Natasha Miller’s education in flavour began long ago, on weekly visits to Hackney market with her grandmother. There she learnt a great family secret: never trust a fruit and veg seller who won’t let you touch their tomatoes. Granny Miller ushered her granddaughter towards the vendors who knew you had to squeeze an orange to appreciate its juicy goodness inside.

This initiation into a world of flavour was enhanced by her father’s talent for storytelling and belief in the power of the imagination. As well as nurturing a love of literature in his daughter, he encouraged Natasha to challenge her own ways of thinking. Aged 8 at his instigation, she started tackling the exercises in Edward de Bono’s book, Six Thinking Hats.

These influences came together in her first forays into cooking, where she experimented with ingredients, expressed herself in flavours and shared tasting experiences. It’s from these early beginnings that she traces her path from selling cakes at Spitalfields Market, to taste consultancy Miller Libertine.
